Health Improvement Program) works with PHA residents, staff and community
partners to support a culture of healthy living at PHA. Our focus is on healthy
eating, physical activity and tobacco reduction. SHIP wants you, your families, your friends,
your neighbors, and your community to thrive and feel better. Check out the

existing walking group or start a walking group in your building. Contact
Betsy, PHA SHIP Program at 651-298-4030 for support and materials. Shirts,
water bottles and pedometers are available for walking groups through SHIP.

Lime Bikes Lime Bikes (And scooters) are the new dockless rental bikes you may have seen around the city. No membership is needed to use these bikes.
